Renting a Cabana Tent is a great way to entertain your business clients, celebrate with your staff, or gather with family and friends while enjoying the BBRF!
Each Cabana is $3,500 for use over both Festival days. Please note that pricing may change for our 2024 Festival.

The Details:
• The Cabana tents are all in a fenced-off area separate from the main Festival grounds.
• The 10′ X 10′ tents are set up for views of both stages and have access to a fully stocked bar and porta-potties that are designated for the Cabana Tents semi-private area.
• The rental is for 12 adults and their children. Kids 12 & under are free with their paying parent/guardian. Parents/Guardians will maintain responsibility for their children while attending the Festival.
• Each Cabana comes with a table and chairs. Each Cabana Tent is also assigned a picnic table right out front of the tent. Please do not use the tables that are assigned to other Cabanas!
• You can place your business banner on the fence in front of your Cabana, please communicate with us after confirming your rental that you plan to do so.
